HOW MUCH FOR A 1 BEDROOM, 1 BATH APT.???
I actually do live here and it's different for every person even if you called oh, they would probably tell you to come in. As of November they are under all new management and staff. The manager is getting this place where it should be she's kicking you know what and taking numbers. She runs a tight clean ship n problems are taken care of quickly. The management the new management are terrific 👌😊👍different prices in the building there is VA section 8 there's just section eight there is low income housing and then there's normal rent if I have made any mistakes on these I apologize it's best to call. This place has done a 180 since renza the manager took over it is beautiful I overlooked the pool and you can see my photos , and if by chance you do come and rent be sure and mention my name because you'll get money off and so will I I believe that's still in play :-)

Everyone that lives here has no clue as to how much each person pays, half of the building our veterans and they are on a VA bill,
how many apt. vouchable
Since I was evicted out back in Sept 2016, I can't come visit my friends,in this apartment complex.
