I came in today to get my usuall Frappé and this is the part that I don't get... the employee that I thought was an excellent employee tells that they're not doing frappés today because they don't have enough ice.🧐🤔 Can Somebody please explain?

It's the ice machine is not working and waiting for it to be fixed sometime today. Come back later in the afternoon and speak to the manager to see if ice machine is fixed. -BK
