Really horrible customer service. I backed out of the drive thru to avoid waiting too long but ended up waiting at the counter even longer. Not the end of the world but the cashier saw me waiting and ignored me. She barely communicated with me to get my order and walked away before the payment was done processing. Not a welcoming experience at all and p unprofessional

Most rude, incompetent employee I've ever encountered. I gave him the order 3-4 times but each time he read it back incorrectly. I tried using Spanish but that seemed to offend him. "You don't need to do that...I have your order." To which I responded, "No you don't . You haven't read it back correctly yet." He became more rude and said he could "shut down" my order. I said that would be fine and backed out of the drive thru. I went inside the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She was very apologetic and offered my food order for free. All the while this employee continued his rude comments and behavior. I told the manager that I did not want my order; I was concerned the employee might spit in it. To which he responded that he might do something even worse! To her credit, the manager tried to make it better but there was no fixing this situation and we left. It will be a very long time before I return to Del Taco. There are too many other fast food choices available to me.

Disgusting. I love del taco but this particular one is always gross. Fries -cold and stale once again. Spicy Jack chicken quesadilla- cold, no green chillies, where's the chicken wheres the cheese 🤦♀️🤷♀️ Classic chicken burrito- table spoon of chicken, dash of cheese and lettuce This is the third time I've been to this Del Taco I gave it three chances. Horrible
