I ordered a $6 meal and a $1 frozen drink. My bill was $10.43. As i am disabled and had to go here on a handicap scooter, i didn't realize the error until i got home. It was then that i noticed my missing nuggets. I had to drive back on the scooter in the heat. The entrance is not at all friendly to scooters or electric wheelchairs. You could go right off of the curb trying to get in or out. The manager came to the counter after a few minutes to refund me the overcharge, but did not speak one single word to me. Then he almost forgot to give me the missing nuggets. When i asked for a simple $1 frozen drink for the mistake and making me come back, he motioned to an employee to ring me up for it. I will go to a better BK next time. One that is farther away from me, just to get better service. By the way, the manager alone gets one star. The other two stars are for the young ladies working the counter and drive thru. One is still training, but doing pretty well in my opinion. Don't bother trying to call, either. It will inform you that the magic jack customer you tried to reach isn't available.

Can you, at least, ensure my cheese melted before giving it to me. I hate discovering small mistakes like after leaving the drive thru and down the road!

This is the worst location I ever been I mean not all are perfect but this they go way beyond, they take long to move the dt line in top of that don’t even order special in your burger you wasting your time they will do what way they want it. And false advertising all restaurants I been during this pandemic if the restaurant it’s close and it’s only dt they will have a sign next to their business hours but this one even said lobby and dt hours !! And guess what on Monday at lunch time lines long decide to order inside to go and it was close both door locked. Go spend your money somewhere else.

This place has terrible staff. I come here often. A very few of them are friendly but the ones I see the most often are rude to me. Today they gave me old, unedible mozzarella sticks. If I go back and complain, they just treat me worse (I know from experience). I got an 8 piece, only 2 where fresh. See photo. Edit to add, I just noticed they did not add cheese to my burger though they did charge me. I complained once about their service once and since then, my orders either have items missing or they give me tampered items. Not sure if I'm paranoid but it sure feels like they are doing this on purpose. Will not be coming back here ever.
