Horrible!!!. 2 month wait for a doctor's appt. Iv been sitting here with a broken neck for 1 year and 2 months so far. That's crazy!!!

Three weeks ago I called to make an appointment, I was told I had called the wrong office and they couldn’t help me. That same week I got my health insurance packet confirming that this was the office I was suppose to be seen at. So twice a week I call and sit on hold for over an hr. I still have yet to get an appointment or speak to anyone Two years ago when I moved here , my insurance sent me here before my real insurance kicked in, Dr tried to give me a pap six months pregnant… I am going to take a day off work and just sit in the ER, I feel like I’d get better care there.

He doesn't. Wellspace is a horrible program. I got transferred from Sutter to wellspace. But honestly it looks like wellspace is a Sutter subsidiary. It's an all of Sutter facilities. It's 45 days before you can be seen. Only one Urgent Care Center. You cannot call the office directly, only into the general call center. They do not make follow-up appointments, if you need to see the doctor again for the same issue you have to do a walk in and wait.
