Yes, we champagne for the Don Carlo opera with Placido Domingo. You cannot brink it to the stage seating , but in the lobbies, you can drink.

Yes, when we were there they had bars on all the levels. And we are allowed to take the drinks into the theater.
Yes, they do serve alcohol inside. I am not sure they would allow outside alcohol.
Some alcohol is served there, but the only thing allowed in the theater is bottled water.

Yes they have a bar on the lower level, and on the main level there are two smaller bars with champagne and wine. They have the Founder's Circle lounge if you're a member. I know these are open during the LA Opera season. Not sure I remember if they serve drinks during other performances.
