The people in line can see your are busy. People calling are kept dangling without a clue, then left with a busy signal. Rude, frustrating, and unprofessional. Proper business procedure is to answer phone and at least put on hold. The people there can see your are busy and will understand what is going on.
Best time to call in? Well that's whenever they're not already on the phone holding up a busy line, people...πΒΏ And well that isβ; if they decide to answer the next call, rather than the next person in line, people. ! π π - so once again, putting you on hold WOULD NOT HELP in such case. And it only makes sense for us to have it in this way.π« -Bull !π
Hemet phone numbers and office sucks. You call and nothing but busy
I went to your pick up line to pick up my certified letter and the clerk said it wasn't there but she would make sure the carrier would leave it in my mailbox the next day which was yesterday, Dec. 19th, but she didn't leave it in my mailbox! The mail clerk at the desk said I properly filled out the notice and signed it back on December 18th. Do I have to go to the post office again? Please advise. Thank you very much
