Go and ask. Volunteer any time by passing out clean socks and water. Lighters, pop or coffee. Don't forget cream and sugar. People who live outside always need these things. Talk to them and find out more
Yes call the center to find our which days you can. They are sort of designated amongst groups on certain days. There is also the Access Center next door
