I've seen two different types of assistive devices there: one that provides subtitles to the individual and a more standard amplification device. I don't have direct experience with either.
Yes hearing loop works if your hearing aid that can be switched to that setting. There is also assisted listening devices (ALD) headphones and closed captioning devices, however not all studios provide these services so it's good to check ahead.
