Okay people, that can't be true, if the check is in his name and he has legal identification, he shouldn't have any trouble cashing the check and getting the value of the legal document, I don't think you need a lawyer for that. The once made me return an item three times, because they said I was supposed to return it to the company they bought it from and I had to call the company and was told that Wal Mart was in charge of refunding those whom purchase bad goods, by the time they settled that matter with company I was then told I couldn't get a cash refund and was giving a Walk Mart Christmas gift Card instead.
