Large gym, well equipped. The price is not bad. The classes are fun with great trainers. I removed a star because the gym looks dirty, the machines and lockers are not wiped down that often, you can see the dust and people's dried up sweat. Gym doesn't promote people to wipe down the machines that they just used, maybe if they had more sanitizer and trash cans available, people would be less lazy to do so.

Michelle the mgr is so rude she cusses infront of me. she use to cuss when I'm around. also She shouldn't be mgr. I hope she can get fired. she is short and fat. and she lies. she is very bad mgr also She is not happy person. she just a baby she always gossip about me. no one should believer her she is very kind person. and whenever have conversation with the coworkers she use foul language. she is not professional. she is so rude how she talk to me. the problem is her. it's her fault. she's the one is rude at me. she thinks I' eat sloppy and she think of me I'm dirty.

1st time for Silver Sneakers and a follow up return a few days later were each a blast. The original instructor (much lauded) is recouping from a temporary medical issue but two different subs, Betty and (Oops, don't recall 2nd ones name!) were both great motivators and encouraging with fun music to keep the pace. Immediate benefit: My afternoon blood pressure after the circulatory workout went down into the 120's after months in the 150s. You bet my bride and I are going back as regulars.

The worst staff ladies service, they prefer to lose costumers instead of letting your guests go in when they forget their ID'S even if they have previously gone to that Gym. They should warn your guests for the first time they forget their ID's instead of being mean, it's like shouting the door on their face. I paid for my guest and I have the right to bring them as many times as I want to. I have gone the one in Montclair and I haven't have any problems like this with the staff members, they are nice.
