We arrived around 1150pm on a Saturday. The first room we entered had a smell, sort of a pet / smoke smell covered by carpet cleaning chemical smell. Front desk lady was accommodating and gave a second room. This room we were given had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade, towels wet and by the front door as you walked in, the trash can was full. I tried to iron my shorts and the iron did not work. I went to the from desk to get a working iron. The front desk representative gave me a iron that was in a cabinet behind the desk. I got back to my room and this iron did not work either. I took both down to the front desk to let them know that both don't work. The same man then said he would bring me a new one. I recieved a new one within 5 minutes The TV is cutting in and out like we are in a storm. The signal seems to be weak or broken every 15-60 seconds and the screen goes black for one second. Room 430. Overall this has been the worst the facility looked in the several years I have been coming to this Marriot location. Carpets in the elevators are super dirty. Carpets in the hallways have never had so many items not vacuumed up. The hotel went to soaps in the shower vs the small versions. The soap holders look like they were installed by a unprofessional handyman. The caulk looks like a motel 6 or below when these were installed; no quality control at all.

It's fine. Rooms need updating as they're very dark. Service at the restaurant/Starbucks downstairs was fine. Hotel staff was nice, though.

Very frequently employees at the front desk, seemed to take a lot of pride in their jobs! Nice views from the room and I enjoy the option to open the door to the small patio. Room was a little dated, but it was a nice hotel. Lots of food options near by and a good location. Would stay again!

Upon checking in, Justin and Josh has amazing customer service. He informed us we were able to watch the game on the new side patio with television which was 🔥. The service was so welcoming my family and I decided to stay longer. We wanted to take advantage of the complimentary upgrade my Gold Elite provided, although there weren’t any available , Josh, the manager, was still accommodating. I recommend this hotel bc it’s clean, courteous, and exceptional!
