Bad service. Don't go to your car because they say they will text you and they don't ;once you go in they day say they have called you and text you and they have not . So it's best to wait out side. I been to other labs and the service is better. Register at 8:30 am finally in inside 10:48 and the nurse has gone to another room and I am still waiting to get my blood draw . So avoid this place if you can. So this is what I was told. They do 9 people with appointments and then a walk in, 9 and another walk in. So if you can make an appointment but the wait is still long even with appointments.

I got in and out very quickly. The women who drew my blood was okay, but not the best. It pinched and left a bruise. Could have done better.

Lots of easy parking, they’ve actually moved to the suite next door. When you walk in, very unorganized. Very busy, but It only took about 20min from check in to blood draw and leaving. Friendly staff, clean facility. Lots of appointments available compared to other locations.

Completely unorganized. Appointments don’t matter. You will wait outside with no where to sit and get called inside to wait even longer. Staff is rude too.
