Not 2 minutes. 20 minutes. When I called to get an answer, they hung up on me. All I asked is thathey have more cashiers and check stand open for express service. Their line was very long, and there were only 2 cashiers. Is not the employees, is management. There are many unemployed people, here at least two more employees. Heats off to those employees thay are doing their best. I do have plenty of respect for them.
Honestly if you don't have the patience to wait 2 minutes you probably should look ahead for their peak hours before going to the store and try to avoid those before being so rude. The lovely employees at Smart and Final have a fairly efficient system considering this is your complaint.
