Parking is available near the golf course clubhouse on top of the cliff. The trail down to the beach takes a 5-10 minutes hike; depending on whether you go left or right at the Gazebo on top. This beach rates high compared to the following beaches that are located at the bottom if the cliffs if the PV Peninsula. See list below with pro and cons for each of the Peninsula Beaches: White Point Beach Pro - free parking near the playground, picnic areas (in shade) and nature center at top of the cliff. Awesome sunset watching while sitting in the car directly at the beach itself; facing the waves crashing at the rocks Con - parking is $$ directly at beach. Crowd of regulars might not be everyone’s cup of tea; if you are a tea drinker ;) Cabrillo Beach RAT beach Ocean Trails Beach State park beach Terranea Beach

I hike this trail a lot , use to hike it more but I have seen too many rattlesnakes here in the last few months. I hike with my small dogs so not going to hike it much till winter comes .

Short (we were going slow and total trip was about 30 min) but beautiful. Some trails are near the edge, fyi to those afraid of heights, but it does feel safe.

Beautiful views😍if you wish you can go down to the beach area full of rock I recommend to wear appropriate shoes if you like to collect rocks there are so many beautiful ones here😊

There is a free parking lot to the left, before you get to the golf course.
Yes you can carry your dogs. They are dog friendly.
No,its an actual trail to walk. I haven't seen people on bikes.
I think you can get there after sunrise.
They have signs everywhere that say no pets allowed on the beach!
Depending on where you start from the round trip is about an hour if you stay on the original trail.. There are some steep paths down to the ocean so that would add time.. Most of it is moderate, though there are a few difficult spots...
It depends on where you go. I agree it's pretty rocky but there are a few trails that go down to the water where you *could* go in and swim if you're so inclined. Also, off the main park by Trump golf course, there is a beach down below that is actually more sand than rocks.
Do not!! It does not have, only for Club members
Yes, there is lovely main trail with several offshoots leading down to the water.
The Rotundo parking closed its gate @ sunset & u can only park on side street from 6am-9pm. So IMO u cannot be there @ night.
