Why do you give your customers the run around? Why don't you guys answer the phone ever? Is it that your really that busy? Also, why when I arrived parked called saw the guy at front desk, as the phone was ringing why didn't he answer?

It could have been this pep boys the one in Pomona because this is a great spot right here those people are really good at their job and they do their services rather rapidly and now of course pep boys is closing so only a part of the store is open maybe we're on the other side of the store
