Hello, have a 2014 Cadillac XTS. Replaced TECHM took to dealer to flash the TECHM,Dealer said no ECM communication. Do you test ECM's? In car or out of car?

if the car don't run & the vehicle had to be towed because ecu is not communicating with there scanner or the connector to the scanner to the obd2 is connection is broken

They are capable of scanning ECU/ECMs. They are most likely able to test for communication.
