I had the best experience thanks to Jessica, the person who helped me. I went in looking for a front turn signal bulb. Jessica spent 20 minutes looking for it. She repeatedly checked the bulbs to see if they were behind other bulbs, she checked in the back and even tried looking for any other bulbs that were compatible. In the end she called another store and it turned they had the bulbs I needed. She sent me with two bulbs so I wouldn’t get pulled in the mean time. I paid for the bulbs right there and then took my receipt to the other store and picked up my bulbs. Jessica was very kind and helpful and did more for me than any other employee ever has.

Was disappointed with an associate with lack of knowledge on battery issues. Requested battery check with engine off, and he automatically blamed my alternator and said my alternator just voided my battery. Which I bought a few months ago. Then he said I would need to buy a new alternator. I asked him 2 test my alternator and long story short- it was a bad battery. Sad some people would believe his recommendation with lack of knowledge and no confirmation of what is really going on. Disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

I was having trouble with my car battery and a employee named Anthony helped me. I went in there and was about to buy a battery that wasn’t even for my car and Anthony noticed that and helped me out. Daniel was another employee and he changed my battery for me and he was giving me pointers on how to do it myself if I ever needed to. They were so helpful and wonderful customer service.

Wow is how to start this rating. The store manager Rob is amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will only be visiting this store from now on. I had bought a wrong battery from another store and took it here to exchange it. Rob exchanged it and installed it. There’s no way I would have been able to change out my own battery, I watched him remove so many nuts, bolts, and safety bars. Thank you Rob, I’m very grateful for your knowledge and help on getting my battery installed. Great job autozone on hiring.
