My neighbor has got 3 big dogs in her backyard they dug a hole under the fence and made that I way to my yard now they jump over the fence my dad is 82 years old he can not Handel either of them dogs comming at him what can I do

Call and ask.

If you are city limits go to the pound and make a report they are only allowed 2 dogs! In county it's legal for them to have all 3. Of your father has fear of them make reports to the pound and the will be cited for neglect and letting them get out. Maybe try to put heavy things in front of where they are digging. Hope it helps. Call police if you are INSIDE CITY limits. Their animal control handles that. SPCA has no enforcement or authority to handle this
