Why does the animal shelter not answer their phone. I called 14 times and no one answers it just goes to voice mail. Why do I pay my taxes?

As is the case for any busy office, the agents may not pick up, but they generally return phone calls within one business day when callers leave their name, return phone number, and a brief reason for contacting them.

They do not answer during non-business hours. I know mornings are really busy down there. Try calling back in the afternoon or go down in person.
