I went on a normal saturday at 1pm and the doors were locked and on my phone it sais that you guys were open but the doors were locked and nobody was inside so do you guys open on saturday or not???

If they're only open by appointment then the hours should be updated on Google to show closed with a note of "by appointment only"

They are open on Saturdays but you have to call for an appointment to pick up your pull.
