You-Earn Respect

****HAVE YOU HAD PROBLEMS WITH UNITED MEDICAL IMAGING? A 2.2 STAR RATING IN 90% LOCATIONS SAYS IT ALL. I HAVE 2ND APPT FOR 2ND CHANCE**** I went to the Anaheim location approx. 2yrs ago for x-ray. Their recording says accepts walk-ins for x-rays. So, I walked in 30mins before closing, & waited for 6mins to be spoken to, I was told no walk-ins. Also, everyone had gone home & there was no one to do x-rays. About 15mins before closing & during my conversation, a woman walked in and said she's here for x-ray. The man at the counter told her someone will be with you in a few mins. I asked how is she getting in? He said with an appt. I said you just told me everyone went home. He just looked at me and said she has an appt. If that isn't a blatant lie to a potential customers face I don't know what is. I'm leaving this feedback because I have an upcoming appt for another service. I'm not comfortable going so we shall see if there's any change. I'm surprised the main office for United Medical Imaging hasn't done anything to improve their service for the public, from 2 stars. After next appt, I will leave an update to see if they deserve more stars.

Front desk is rude and incompetent. -someone asked for the key of the restroom, their response is "Do you have an appointment here" -mom had an appointment and sat in the lobby for an hour. Asked when she'd be seen and they told her that the machine is down and to wait until called. No timeframe etc.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment the past two weeks, but they don’t even answer the phone or return any of your calls. If you were referred here by your doctor, ask them to switch you to a different location.
