Psychiatric beds are few and far between, especially in Northern California. When you get a 5150 in Roseville, the closest spot may well be in Vallejo. When you get discharged, transportation back to Roseville will be arranged though (unless you are a ward of a different county, then you'll go there on discharge).
If your ER is in Roseville, then they will send you to a psychiatric hospitals like the one in vallejo, and then u discharge from there.
