Yes, dogs are welcome on a leash. Only service dogs are able to enter any of the buildings with their owners.
Not inside buildings but they are allowed on a leash at Mount Wanda. I'm not sure about the main grounds. You might call 925-228-8860 for more info
Pets are not allowed in the visitor center, Muir home or Martinez Adobe unless they are service animals. If you want to hike Mount Wanda, you can bring your dog with you. On leash only.
