Yes, you can and it is fantabulous!!!!
There is a ranger lead tour of house daily at 2 PM. On Wednesdays,Saturdays and Sundays a ranger lead tour of the family grave yard is available via appointment. Also there is a cell phone guided tour of the garden which give some great interpretation of the garden and is at your own pace. To tour Port Chicago Memorial one needs to make arrangements more that 2 weeks in advance and pass the Navy's background check.
