4 stars for the staff and benefits for insurance, but none for the primary care doctors in network. Something is wrong with the quality of care. I've switched primary care doctors (PCP) 4 times in this network. Discouraged and with despair, I've stopped moving around and reluctantly and hesitantly stick with my current PCP. When I gave these PCPs a direct diagnosis from a specialist, they do whatever the specialist asks. BUT when I go to them asking for help with unknown symptoms that are affecting my way of life and scary medical instances, they don't do any investigation or referrals. It's my right and boundary to know what's going on with my body. I gently push, but they refuse and tell me how much of a burden it is on them to order tests. My only option is to hope I don't end up in the ER. They have verbally discriminated against, condescended, and stereotyped me because of my weight and high speaker's apprehension. One even ignored a specialist and misdiagnosed me. I've never filed a grievance before, but with this network, I consider giving one to what feels like every in-network clinic I visited. So far, I've submitted 3 grievances. I should probably submit more. ;( I don't understand the point of paying taxes and being an obedient citizen if I can't receive proper medical care. :/

I totally agree about the operators. I’m on hold now and don’t know what for because the guy on the line mumbled every response and just put me on hold for 20min now. I wish we had names to put them on blast. This is annoying and frustrating.

I just moved to the county and every time I call they are very rude.

You pretty much have to be dying in order to get into the urgent care. I have been having issues with my arm for 10+ years and had a flare up that was so bad I couldn't move my arm. The advice nurse informed me that I 'barely passed' in order to be seen at urgent care. How could I 'barely pass' when I couldn't even move my arm?? I don't even bother calling them anymore and pay out of pocket elsewhere. Calling them is a waste of time.
