My elderly mother lives near the Riverside Elks Lodge and wants to become a member to avail herself to use of the pool, so our questions are ....’Does she need to be a member to use the pool and if she does how can she find a sponser?

Yes she does have to be a member. My mother recently became one. She did not need a sponser it was a quick interview process and some fees....a few hundred dollars I believe.

Yes she does need to be a member to use the facilities. Contact the office and they will provide you with information and an application.
