Most likely they are having technical issues. They are very helpful... Have you thought about going in just to walk in? I dont know if they do walkins but if you need help with mental health issues then please go in. Chances are they dont know they are having any phone issues. This place has been a life saver and i highly reccomend them. Good luck.
