Service department Refused to inspect and diagnose my 2019 Jetta S because they state they have a policy where if they test drive the car and they can’t hear any noises coming from the car they can’t take it in, Joe from services and Spencer from customer service both stated the same thing to my brother and I. Filling a claim and complaint with corporate. My car is still under warranty, when asked why they wouldn’t take it in regardless off the test drive they claimed because on doing so they would have to invest time and labor on my car. Are you serious guys so because my car isn’t new even though it still has warranty you guys won’t even try to find out what’s wrong nor attempt to fix any pending or possible issue. And when asked to speak to a service manager I was told they didn’t have one either this person quit or was fired but the dealership was in proses of finding a replacement. What a joke.
