We are going through the same thing .. we keep calling and now they’re saying they don’t know where the furniture is ... this place is a scam !!

I’m going through the same thing, ordered in May, here it’s almost October, I was also told about the cancelling fee, trying to find a corporate number
Same here and it’s been 1.5 years. I reported to better business bureau and this place ignored their correspondence. I’m now ready to take them to small claims because it’s is unfair for us to pay a “restocking fee” when the “manufacture didn’t send the furniture”.
Same here now they dont answer mine been 11 months
