6 months ago some friends ordered a bed with a $ 600.00 deposit and they still have not received anything, they tried to cancel the order because it is a long time and they were told that there is no refund and they also have to pay to cancel.

We are going through the same thing .. we keep calling and now they’re saying they don’t know where the furniture is ... this place is a scam !!

We were all scammed by this place I don’t understand how they are still operating

I’m going through the same thing, ordered in May, here it’s almost October, I was also told about the cancelling fee, trying to find a corporate number

Same here and it’s been 1.5 years. I reported to better business bureau and this place ignored their correspondence. I’m now ready to take them to small claims because it’s is unfair for us to pay a “restocking fee” when the “manufacture didn’t send the furniture”.

Same here now they dont answer mine been 11 months
