Please please read all the 1 star reviews before buying anything from here. I ordered a bedroom set August 2021. My bed arrived 4 months later. My dresser arrived 8 months after I ordered the set. My dresser arrived defective. Drawers won’t close properly. Horrible quality for the price I paid. I’ve spoken to multiple claims agents and a manager to try and get my dresser fixed or replaced. It has now been 1 year since I ordered the dresser and nothing has been resolved. I have been very patient with them but it is ridiculous now. They won’t give me a refund and won’t check in with me unless I call them. I don’t know what to do.

If zero stars was an option I would give it in this case HORRIBLE customer service I regret ever even walking into the store. They're all a bunch of liars and skeemers. We went in and were given a quote of 4 to 8 weeks for our furniture to arrive. We are now 6 months in and only receive our dining table. They are the worst place to do business with. They delivered our table in parts and just today came to deliver our living room set and they delivered the wrong living room. I'm so fed up I can't even get a manager or a sales man on the phone or in person. Please do yourself a favor and go shop elsewhere don't make the same mistake I did.

Great Customer service Very professional with lots of information on the different furniture. I like their different inventory. Very unique and different from your standard furniture stores. The delivery process was just as promised and Very punctual. I will definitely continue to use Furniture Ave and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We recommend this place to shop your furniture. Had a great experience, they answer all my questions and concerns before purchasing any item. They’re very polite and very patience since I couldn’t make up my mind to which living room to choose. The delivery guys were as well very polite and careful at the time of installing the three set living room. Will shop again soon. Much appreciated 😊
