Unfortunately, no. Because it is located within the Studio Lot, you will need to have an employee that has access to the Lot, call you a pass. With out the pass you will not be admitted on to the property.
Unfortunately the visit of the Walt Disney Archives are exclusively open for special and private events (D23 members, Disney rewards programs and other special employees and partners events). But, You can still organize a visit at the Walt Disney family museum located in San Francisco, great place to discover and enjoy Disney history and archives.
