For beginners, what is the best ski resort of these three options? Mountain high / Bear mountain / Mt. Baldy

Big Bear and Mt. Baldy. All of the resorts are closed now, other than Mammoth. For Mt. Baldy we have put in a learning center with an instructor for snowboarding and skiing. We are planning on expanding the size of the center for next winter.
