I want to buy 4 season passes the offer is they will upgrade them to gold passes. By presenting them by oct 31st if my husband cant present his pass by then can I do it for him

When you go get your pass you can also get your husbands too and validate it in case he can't go before 10/31

Absolutely. As long as you have the pass he doesn't have to be there unless he hasn't gotten his finger prints taken. Then he will need to be there, the finger print is important.
