I’m have a lot of difficulties changing payment info. It asks for #’s I don’t have or even know what they are! . It also says payments have to be made by computer, which I don’t own, I’m disabled and my income is limited. I want a human to speak to!

Good Luck with that. Their web page is a self service feature and if you want to speak to someone, you have to go to the customer service window at the park. Very frustrating!

You could just used your smartphone to enter your account and make all the changes. Or Call corporate
