How long does it take to get a disability pass (you do have a doctors note)

You dont need a doctor's note for. All they care about is the $45 for the cart and $50 deposit. No discounts. They only say there is a deposit if you call or go online.

"Bring your note to the Ride Information Center (Guest Services) just inside the front gate of the park." Depends i guess if there is a special event where the park is more crowded like fright fest.
