How do i cancel my yearly passes? Also the pandemic hit and we were unable to use our passes last year so do we get a year for free?

They will renew your passes from last year, at no extra cost. Call, visit their website, or if you go to the park you'd go to guest relations.

Passes have been upgraded and/ or with gift cards

I tried to cancel online without luck. I had to visit the park and fix the issue there. Make sure you make a reservation if you are planning to go. They won't let anyone in without a reservation.
