is this crowded? what is the average wait for each Ride? is this worth buying the passes?

Very crowded, with reservations

I went on a friday at 330pm. Wait times for the best rides were 45 minutes to an hour. I have the daimond elite membership for 20 q month and it is absolutely worth it.

The last time I was there, in the morning the wait was about 20min, then as the day progressed it got longer and longer till it was about and hour and a half wait time(more for the popular rides)
