I've tried to speak to anyone on the phone, including corporate, have yet to talk to someone. Sent about 10 emails, zero response, and asked questions at the park, nobody had a clear answer.

I had the same problem when I purchased the tickets. The app was not working properly, so had to go to the guest services
Try emailing their support team, but if you're in the park go to customer service (I believe it's where you get flash passes as well)
May have to email them...unless you are going to the park...no one answers the phone.
