Everything starts closing up shop at 9pm
I went July 22, 2021. They closed at 9p.

Most of the food stands start to close up about an hour before park closing, but the ice cream shop and funnel cake shop stay open until closing or even a little later.
9:00 Sunday-thursday. 10:00 Friday, Saturday
Sunday to Friday they close at 9pm and Saturdays they close at 10
Not sure on weekdays but, Saturday at 10 pm. Sunday at 8 pm
It was posted 10p however they were closing every thing up by 9p
