Hmmm..you can ask for them to do them over again as many times as you'd like but after once I just wouldn't go back again...I personally have never had that problem at norms...
Sometimes it has to do with the cook, they do not all cook the same my Dad likes his eggs Omelete style brown on both sides no white showing. 95% they get it right other 5% no but we are regulars and the waitresses knows when it's not correct too. But there food and service is great.
I go there once a year in Oct. Great service never had a problem.
Unfortunately...I never had that experience at this Norms i frequent it often. I use 2 words for eggs either sunny side up or scrabble not sure why they wouldn't understand when how you order your eggs. Bring it to the managers attention if this is a continued issue.
Yes if you go again just ask to see the manager worked for me
Our food was cold I ordered a child's meal because it cost too much it was slop the service was fine but the food was lousy I'm sorry I would even serve it to my dog
I would talk to a manager (as another poster advised). Norms is receptive to service issues and in my experience, they will make it right. Remember, they are in a service oriented business, and they will try to correct it. If no results from the service workers, then get management involved.
