Very bad service I came with my car to change motor oil and they told me that the transmission oil needs to change agreed they make the service I paid for that 250$ and next day I found oil leaks under my car I go back to the shop they told me we are sorry the employees didn’t clean the car good we apologize now everything is good and they offer me 10$ in the next service next day I find the same problem I go back for the shop and they told me that the transmission had problems and this not our problem they make an incident report and told me the manager will call you next day and no buddy call me tell now they broke my car 😡😡😡 very bad service very bad shop I don’t advise any buddy to go there 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡

These guys are crooks, it's the one right there by the flower shop in Downey. You'd think Jiffy Lube learned their lesson years ago when they were caught with real evidence by an undercover sting operation by journalists with the news. No, they continue to rip off customers by trying to charge for unnecessary services that are not even required for your car. Its possible they won't even do them !! They use high pressure sales tactics. I rather take my car to the dealer, yeah it's not fast but no pressure tactics to force services on an almost new car lol

A bit pricey but customer service is great. I like the way they’re offering drive through oil changes.

I went there today because I needed my headlight bulb changed. I believe the employee’s name was Augustine. He was very professional and has the best customer service. He had to have someone bring the bulbs to that site because they didn’t have those there. He let me know exactly what was going on every step of the way.
