Use the website to complete the application and schedule an appointment, super easy. DDS.georgia.gov, look for the icon that says Visiting A Center? Start here to begin the process. It goes much smoother with this way. The new computer system is evidently challenging, but will improve.
DDS locations are taking appointments through their website. When I was in the Canton location on Saturday, I saw several people turned away that had not made appointments. I believe they are appointment only for now.
