Sit-down eat , meet your friends outside later and tell them that you are still waiting. When you get another table , leave. Better yet, set them up for a dine and dash meal for them to pay for.
Show up late Let your friends wait for the table. Maybe next time they will show up on time. I usually wait 35 minutes for a table during peak with or without late guests
Call your party,tell them to hurry up...Not Norms fault
True, it's difficult when you have more than 3 in your party. Husband and I just Walk in to counter seats. No waiting in line or list
