There is a red light that blinks on the top of my dash close to windshield. I can only see it when I am out of the car. All of the dealers have a different answer. Not finding any answer in ANY IF THE BOOKS

My 2013 kia soul doesn't have a red light. My yellow light flash is security. But its in my dash. Hmm 😒
