Monday - Wednesday probably the lightest days. But really if you reserve online or call in the crowds won't really matter. I've never had bad service in the all the years I've been going.
Monday and Tuesday evenings are the lightest. Friday lunches are also light. According to Google popularity chart.
Probably Sun thru Thurs. Reservations are always a good idea.

I would recommend making a reservation for tables of four or more at any given day. Monday through Wednesday are usually lighter but you can never count on that for sure. Besides why don't you want to go there when the restaurant is almost full of course without having to wait so long just so you can see what other people are ordering and doing too.
Weekdays at lunch are the least busy
