Why is your place so dirty anymore. The last 4 times we've come in with the grand kids the place is a pig sty. We are there for an hour and not one person comes back to check or clean. CLEAN UP THANKS

I walked into McDonald's on I395 and Kennewick ave and saw a cockroach creeping on a chair

I noticed that too .especially in the weekend when all the students are in the clock. But I don't blame just them it's bad leadership for them that they don't check the restaurant more often.

Sometimes restaurants go through phases on good and bad help. Make a complaint so that managers know to check in on staff
