Contact individual care providers that are billing you. Let them know VA pays your Medical Expenses. Contact your Congressional Representative if you have any issues.

Hello Mr. Cobb, You have to just wait. I went through this whole process when I was admitted in a non-VA facility ER. As long as you are eligible, the bills will be paid. It just takes a long time for them to process your claim. My best advice is be patient. There is also a number on the bill you can call to verify that the claim is being processed. My claim lasted over 2 years before I stopped receiving bills from the ER. Best wishes.

If you are service connected on ailment or 50 per cent disabled through veterans then those bills are bogus.. If not. You are liable
