I didn't see any dogs. But why would you take a dog to a car museum (no disrespect meant, just curious)?
I am under the impression that as long as it is a well trained service dog then you should be fine. The museum has a quiet atmosphere, that shouldn't be a problem. Your best bet would be to call them and ask what their rules are.
