They do have a room where they have activities for kids...

Yes it is very friendly to children. There is a movie section at the bottom your child will no doubt love! There is a section on the second floor that is a bit more interactive and definitely worth checking out.
Yes. They have an interactive kids area themed around the Disney Cars movie. They have a life size Lightning McQueen and Jackson storm. My 4 year old loved it.
They have some interactive things for kids as well as movie cars and characters from the movie Cars.
When we went there were kids in strollers. Most of the exhibits are look don't touch. Not a ton of interactive things to do but your 3 year old will still probably love it. Tons of movie cars and hot rods!
